How long is the warranty on my watch and what is covered?

Axios Watches Pte. Ltd. offers a 1 year international warranty on all Axios timepieces. This warranty covers any movement issues arising from normal use, or any defects with manufacturing. 

The warranty does not cover: 

  • Damage from normal wear and tear, misuse or accidental impact
  • Unauthorized repair work
  • Water damage due to the wearer's misuse

What is your return policy?

    You will be able to return the product within 7 days of receiving your order. Please inform us within 7 days of receiving the product about your intention to return it. Return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product is defective, of which shipping will be covered by us. 

    The product should be in its original packaging and cannot be used/worn and should be sealed in its original wrapping when returned. After we have verified that the watch is in its original condition, we will proceed to issue a refund. Please note that if your watch does not meet the above criteria, we will not be able to refund the product. For more information, please contact us via email at support@axioswatches.com.
