Warranty: 

All watches purchased from Axios will be covered by a 1 year warranty that covers all manufacturing defects. This does not cover wear and tear or damage due to negligence.

Shipping:

All watches are shipped by either Fedex or DHL at our discretion. Shipping fees are free but customs taxes or VAT will be borne by the buyer. We aim to fulfil our orders as promptly as possible. Our warehouse begins processing your order within 3-5 business days of it being placed. Keep in mind that packages aren’t transported over weekends or public holidays. 

Returns:

We accept returns on brand new and unworn watches within 7 days of receipt. Return shipping will be covered by the buyer. Please contact us before initiating a return.

How do I know if my order went through successfully?

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

Please contact our Customer Service team as soon as possible at support@axioswatches.com. If your order hasn’t reached the fulfilment stage, it’s possible we may still be able to change or cancel it.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your purchase has been dispatched from our warehouse.

From where will my order be shipped from?

All orders will be shipped from our warehouse in Singapore.
