Where is my order?
Once your order is confirmed and your shipment is registered, we will send you an email with your tracking details. You will be able to track your package via the link in the email.
I need to edit my order details. How may I do so?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately through firstname.lastname@example.org or through Facebook chat. Once we have processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
Where is my order confirmation?
Please check that you have input the correct email address and your spam folder. If the order confirmation is still missing, please contact us at email@example.com.
