May 2020 Update

Hope everything is going great!

It has been slightly more than a month since we commenced shipping of the Axios Ironclads. At this time, we are happy to announce that we have shipped out 100% of the Ironclads from Batch A to our Kickstarter and Website backers. This would exclude a very small handful of backers who have yet to complete their surveys.

The past month has certainly been difficult with new workplace regulations in Singapore that have impacted our logistics processes and delayed shipping significantly. However, I would like to thank all our backers for your patience and understanding while we navigated our way through this period. We’ve tried our best to be responsive and to update everyone as accurately as possible, and we do hope that all our backers feel like they were kept well-informed as to the status of their watches.

Undoubtedly, as this has been our first collection and through shipping well over 700 Ironclads to backers in many different countries, we have made a few errors and learned many lessons. We would like to apologise to those who feel we have been lacking in certain areas and for any issues that you may have encountered with the delivery process or the Ironclads in itself. Rest assured that we will always go above and beyond to ensure that our backers are satisfied, and that their problems are resolved in a timely manner. These lessons we have learned regarding certain issues within the QC process for one will be brought over to our next batch and future collections.

Over the past month, we have also been encouraged by the positive reception to our first collection as well as the beautiful wristshots in the Facebook Group (https://www.facebook.com/groups/axioswatchclub/). We are really happy to know that everyone has been wearing and enjoying their new Ironclads. For those who missed out, we will be restocking a number of Ironclads this month. For our Batch B, a small number of the Northern Skys, Deep Blues and Ocean Gulfs will be making a reappearance, in addition to 2 new colour variants. We will open for orders this month, with delivery slated for the middle of June.
